As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and autism specialist, Dr. Marsh conducts adult assessments to identify behaviors and characteristics associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and sensory processing disorder (SPD). She works via telehealth with adults and specializes in diagnosing women, nonbinary, and trans folk. Dr. Marsh documents and analyzes a client’s history of behaviors through guided conversations and formal and informal questionnaires and tests. Through this assessment process she will diagnose or rule out ASD or ADHD, and will identify or rule out SPD, which is not recognized as a diagnosable disorder by the DSM-5 at this time. She will provide either a brief diagnosis or a thorough, in-depth comprehensive diagnostic analysis, as preferred. See assessment options below:

Through this process we will diagnose or rule out the condition being assessed, either ASD or ADHD, and will identify or rule out SPD, which is not recognized as a diagnosable disorder at this time. We will provide a brief letter of diagnosis as well as a full written report.
